MISSION

The mission of PTI is to provide superior service in the field of advanced Naval propulsor technical support.  PTI strives to maintain the highest quality of support by anticipating our customer’s needs and adapting to meet the evolving technical and programmatic requirements.

HISTORY

Propulsor Technology Inc. (PTI) was founded in January 1996 as a spin-off from the Westinghouse Machinery Technology Division (MTD).  However, PTI employees have been supporting the US Navy since 1985 with the design, development, and manufacturing of Advanced propulsors.  PTI continues to support the Navy with the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and is involved in the outfitting of Naval facilities for future propulsor maintenance and repair.  PTI is a small business of 10 technical employees with offices near Pittsburgh PA and Washington DC.
